If you missed out on my other Marzocchi Shiver fork, here's your chance to redeem yourself. It's actually a nice consolation price... just check it out So in a nutshell, you're looking at a 2002 Marzocchi Shiver DC that functions well, but shows signs of use throughout the years. The fork was mostly mechanic owned , before being sold to it's 2nd owner. It was serviced before being used for 1 season before being stored for years. The fork has perfect stanchions , but currently leaks and will require new seals and oil before you get to take it on the trails. Considering its age, it is safe to say that it looks better than its age, despite blemishes due to downhill usage such as : scratches on the unit, the decals have been removed, 2 bolts retaining the stanchion tube cover are missing, it's missing a knob. Steerer is a little shorter than 230mm. Functions work well and the fork is smooth . You probably don't need a history class on the Shiver. It's a classic and will continue to turn heads wherever you ride for years and years to come. Don't hesitate to contact me for any questions!
